Refunds and cancellation

Last updated 10 October 2026 · Biscuit Systems, MB

Paid plans are meant to be easy to leave. There is no minimum term, no cancellation fee and no one to talk to before you go.

Cancelling

Cancel from Settings at any time. Your plan keeps running until the end of the period you have already paid for, monthly or yearly, and then the workspace drops to Free. Nothing is deleted: boards beyond the Free limit keep working, you just cannot create new ones until you subscribe again. You can also change your mind and resume before the period ends. Moving to a cheaper plan works the same way: it takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and you can undo it until then.

Refunds

If you take out a paid plan and it is not what you hoped, tell us within 14 days of the first payment and we will refund it in full. Email [email protected] from the address on the account; you do not need to give a reason, though we will ask what went wrong so we can fix it. This applies to the first payment on a workspace, monthly or yearly.

After those 14 days, and for renewals, we do not refund the unused part of a period. Cancel before the renewal date and you will not be charged again. If we get something wrong, for instance a double charge, or an outage on our side that stops you using the product for days, we refund the affected period without being asked twice.

How a refund arrives

Payments are handled by Creem, our merchant of record, so the refund is issued by Creem to the card or account you paid with. It normally shows up within five to ten working days, depending on your bank. Creem sends the credit note.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, the plan stays active for 7 days while the payment is retried. You can update the payment method from the billing page in Settings. If the payment still fails, the workspace drops to Free; nothing is deleted.

Your statutory rights

Nothing on this page limits the rights you have under the consumer law of your country, including the fourteen-day right of withdrawal in the European Union. The rest of the agreement is in the terms of service.
